Heredofamilial Hemangiomatosis

Abstract
|

|
There are several reports in foreign literatures about heredofamilial hemangiomatosis but no reports in our literatures yet.
At Seoul National University Hospital, [we found a group of family in which 13 out of 21 members in 5 generations. had been affected multiple hemangiomat Zosis, and had a chance to take history about the family thoroughly. 4 members underwent operations for the cosmetic purpose.
Now, we report this group of family reviewing ahe literature.
1. 13 out of 21 members in 5 generations were affected hemangiomatosis. 2. The onset of heemangioma was between 7 to 15 year-old of age.
3. The predilection site of hemangioma was the upper extremities and face.
4. The hemangiomata were located almost in the subcutaneous layer and also discovered in the intramtseular layer in portion but not in the brain and gastrointestinal system.
5. All of them was carvenous hemangioma pathologically.
